Orders
The artists reserves the right to make prints of any painting before or after the original is sold.
All original paintings are sold with the frame shown. They are wired and ready for hanging.

Please note that these are original pieces of art, so there is only one copy of each. We will do our best to update
the website when paintings are sold.

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will determine the actual costs for packaging and shipping. This will be a
function of your location, exact packaged weight, insurance cost, and shipment preference.* We prefer to ship
using either FedEx or UPS. Our studio will e-mail you an order confirmation and provide your exact shipping
costs and invoice total. At that time, we will also provide you our mailing address here in Fort Worth. After this
has been e-mailed to you, we will mark your item as 'Sold' and remove it from our sales inventory for a period
of ten days, awaiting receipt of your payment. At this point, no one else can purchase your painting.

Next, mail your payment to us using a US Postal Service Money Order. Payments using this method will be
processed immediately. If you send a payment using a regular money order or a certified check, we will wait
ten business days to see if the payment clears the bank properly.

If payment has not been received within ten days, the item will be returned to our for-sale inventory and may
be purchased by another buyer. All sold paintings will be professionally packaged. (Our shipping store has
successfully packaged and shipped paintings valued at over $25,000.) When we ship your order, you will be
notified by e-mail and given a tracking number.

*Here's a sample of what packaging and shipping costs might be. To package and ship a 16" x 20" oil painting
in a medium weight frame, insured for $300, from Fort Worth to Beverly Hills, CA costs approximately $40 (as
of Sept. 2008). Prices for FedEx and UPS are about the same. We insure all paintings for their full value.
Shipping costs will vary, but this will give you an idea.
